Terms of Use
These Terms govern the use of the website avpai.org and the AVP AI services. Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1. Terms and Definitions
- Operator — LLC «AVP AI», INN 7720965100, OGRN 1267700122843.
- Site — the internet resource located at avpai.org, including its subdomains.
- Platform — the AVP AI software complex that provides oil and gas asset analysis services.
- User — a natural person or legal entity using the Site or the Platform.
- Content — any materials placed on the Site: text, graphics, photographs, video, software code.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Operator provides the User with the opportunity to review information about the AVP AI Platform and to submit a request to use its services.
2.2. Access to the computational functions of the Platform is provided under the terms of a separate contract concluded after the User's request has been processed.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The User has the right to:
- Freely use the publicly available sections of the Site;
- Submit requests and applications through the feedback forms;
- Receive responses from the Operator within a reasonable time.
3.2. The User is obligated to:
- Provide accurate data when filling out forms;
- Not use the Site for unlawful activities, fraud, sending spam, or attempts at unauthorized access;
- Not reproduce the Site's Content without the written permission of the Operator.
3.3. The Operator has the right to:
- Modify and supplement the functionality of the Site without prior notice;
- Deny the User access to the Site in the event of a breach of these Terms;
- Store and process User data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All rights to the Site, the Platform, and the Content belong to the Operator or its licensors and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the Russian Federation.
4.2. The use of any Site materials for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Operator is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Operator provides the Site on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties of uninterrupted operation.
5.2. The Operator bears no liability for decisions made by the User on the basis of information from the Site or the results produced by the Platform. All calculation results are advisory and require verification by qualified specialists.
5.3. The Operator bears no liability for technical failures of third parties (hosting provider, telecommunications operator, internet service provider).
6. Confidentiality
The processing of the User's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7. Amendments to the Agreement
The Operator is entitled to make amendments to these Terms. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after publication of amendments constitutes the User's acceptance of the new revision.
8. Dispute Resolution Procedure
8.1. The Parties establish a mandatory pre-trial claim procedure for the settlement of disputes. A claim shall be sent to the email address info@avpai.org and shall be reviewed within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt.
8.2. If no agreement is reached through the pre-trial claim procedure, the dispute shall be resolved in court at the location of the Operator in accordance with the procedural legislation of the Russian Federation in force.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
