Consent to personal data processing
By signing up on the AVP AI platform or submitting a request through a form on the website and ticking "I give my consent to personal data processing", I consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below.
1. Operator
AVP AI LLC (ООО «АВП ИИ»), INN 7720965100, OGRN 1267700122843, address: 18/31 Novogireevskaya St., premises 4/1/1, Moscow, 111401, Russia. The Operator is listed in the register of personal data operators, registration No. 77-26-548497.
2. Data
- full name;
- email address;
- company name;
- login and password (the password is stored only as a hash);
- payment details: amount, date and status;
- technical data: IP address, browser data, cookies.
For a request submitted on the website, only the full name, email address, company name and technical data are processed.
3. Purposes
- reviewing a request submitted through a form on the website and contacting me about it;
- signing up and maintaining an account on the AVP AI platform;
- concluding and performing the contract under the public offer, accepting payments and issuing fiscal receipts;
- contacting me about the platform and the subscription.
4. Processing
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation.
To accept payments, the email address, amount and payment description are transferred to the payment aggregator ROBOKASSA LLC; the fiscal data operator and the Federal Tax Service of Russia receive the fiscal receipt data.
5. Materials and requests
Materials and requests I upload to the platform may be processed by third-party providers of artificial intelligence models, including outside the Russian Federation (clause 10.2 of the offer). I do not include personal data of third parties in them.
6. Term and withdrawal
This consent is valid until the account is deleted; if I only submitted a request, until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 5 years from my last interaction with the website. It can be withdrawn at any time by email to info@avpai.org or by post to the Operator's address. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, except where the law allows or requires processing without consent: for example, payment records are kept for 5 years under accounting law.
